Feisty Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients

Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (flats + drums)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

Feisty Lemon Pepper TILIH Sauce

  • ⅓ cup TILIH Feisty Lemon Pepper Hot Sauce

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dry the wings

    • Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.

  2. Season the wings

    • Toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. Cook the wings (choose one)

    • Air Fryer: Cook at 400°F for 18–22 min, shake halfway

    • Fry: Fry at 350°F for 8–10 min
