Instructions

Dry the wings

Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.

Toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Cook the wings (choose one)

Air Fryer: Cook at 400°F for 18–22 min, shake halfway

Fry: Fry at 350°F for 8–10 min
