  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ lime (juice)

  • 6 small corn or flour tortilla

  • 1 Sneaky Pineapple Hot SauceĀ 

**Optional Toppings: White Onion, Cilantro, Cotija cheese

  • Marinate the Chicken

    • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, and all spices.

    • Add sliced chicken and toss until coated.

    • Let sit for at least 10 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).

  • Cook the Chicken

    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred on edges.

  • Warm the Tortillas

    • Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or fire for 10 seconds per side, or wrap in foil and warm in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes.

  • Assemble the Tacos

    • Divide chicken among tortillas.

    • Add toppings of your choice.

    • Squeeze extra lime juice over the top for brightness.
